Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will manage in various activities including project programmes, projects, and project teams with Senior Project Managers and develop project protocols plus deliver projects on time, to budget and to the required quality levelsexpected by the Currie & Brown and our Clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Managers with general administration, communication and reporting

• Actively participate in Currie & Brown internal forums, training and social events

• Promote the Currie & Brown values at all times

• A good understanding of contracts, a commercial approach to letting tenders and anability to negotiate with contractors and suppliers

• Continually seek and capitalize upon opportunities to increase customer satisfactionand deepen client relationships

• Provide administration support for the management of day-to-day client interactionand expectations for multiple projects

• Communicate effectively with clients

• Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster strong client ties relationships

• Contribute to team effort as well as individual tasks

• Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm

• Have a positive, ‘can do attitude

• Actively seek and utilise feedback to improve personal performance

• Prepared to be flexible where possible in role & team contribution.

• Understanding of the critical success factors in the profession of project management,construction management and contract administration of building projects, as it affectsour clients and the Currie & Brown

Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

• Ensure compliance with QA/QC system with regular project audits
