System Administrator

The company manages a part of foreign exchange reserve within the scope authorized by the Peoples Bank of China, undertakes and transacts various kinds of investment businesses.
Job Description:
We are looking for a System Administrator to manage and support our on-premise IT systems. The ideal candidate should have experience with Windows servers and preferably VMware virtualization.
- Maintain and support on-premise Windows servers.
- Manage VMware ESXi hosts and vCenter.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates.
- Handle system operations and maintenance tasks.
- Keep system documentation up to date. Work with IT team on projects.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Experience in Windows Server administration.
- Knowledge of VMware vSphere/ESXi preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently or as a team.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration or a similar role.
- Experience managing on premise environments.
- Experience with IT infrastructure or migration projects will be an advantage.
- IT certifications (VMware, Microsoft). Experience with storage systems and scripting.
