Regulatory Compliance Coordinator
Job Description:
- Assist with licensing applications and renewals for TCM and CPM products.
- Maintain records and help respond to regulatory inquiries.
- Support monitoring of production processes for GMP compliance.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and quality control documentation.
- Ensure product labels meet regulatory requirements and coordinate with marketing/design teams.
- Help maintain product listings and support export compliance documentation. Prepare simple compliance reports and assist in team projects.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of Singapores HSA regulatory requirements for TCM and CPM products.
- Resourceful and able to find details independently.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and guidelines, and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
