Purchaser (No experience needed)

Details :

• Salary up to $2,800 (Depending on experience)
• West (MRT Provided from Tuas West MRT)
• Monday - Friday, with one weekend per month (Able to choose sat/sun)

Job Scope :

• Source and identify reliable suppliers that meet company requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers on pricing, stock availability, delivery dates, and other inquiries.
• Request and evaluate quotations, negotiating for the best pricing, timelines, and payment terms.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO), monitor progress, and review outstanding POs.
• Follow up on daily PO processing to ensure timely delivery from suppliers/vendors.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing-related reports.
• Collaborate with end users to inspect received supplies, ensuring quality standards are met and products are defect-free.
