Job description:

• Creating and maintaining legal infrastructure for new and existing products and services of the Company, ensuring their compliance with the Company’s contractual obligations;
• Research and analysis of laws and regulations relevant to the Company’s product portfolio (AML/KYC, fintech, crypto, gambling, data protection, AI, etc.) in various jurisdictions (APAC, MENA, EU, or otherwise as may be required), translating the results into documentation for internal and external use OR easy-to-understand rules for tech developers;
• Supporting business negotiations on behalf of the legal department;
• In collaboration with the GR team: enhancing the Company’s recognition as a Regtech company by authorities, self-regulatory organisations, professional associations, etc.;
• Advising non-legal colleagues (product, business development, marketing, customer success, etc.) on a wide range of regulatory and legal matters, providing internal training where necessary;
• Participating (voluntarily and if you are interested) in online and offline regional sales and expert events (webinars, forums, conferences, etc.) where the Company is represented (including traveling abroad where necessary); and
• be required to observe all policies and procedures that the Company may adopt from time to time.
