As a Media Account Specialist, you support outcomes and track product adoption for multiple customers, and are focused on developing campaign strategy, monitoring/optimizing for spend and performance to meet and exceed customer business objectives. You apply standard methods to solve these pre-defined problems. You are building your knowledge of digital advertising and related programs and technologies within our company. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage account growth and performance through campaign solutions implementation across products areas (e.g., Search, Display, YouTube), driving customer success and investment in product areas.
  • Develop growth plans for large advertisers through collaboration with industry managers from in-market cross-functional teams (e.g., GBO sales, GTM, GTech) with some guidance.
  • Create and support multi-product solution promotions and collaborate with in-market sales teams to create a growth strategy for potential advertisers with some guidance.
  • Leverage support ecosystem and contribute and identify relevant opportunities to bring efficiency through vendorization and automation for a customer in terms of different levers including digital maturity, sophistication, overall marketing and product mix (e.g., only search vs. multi-channel diversity), and attribution of value with some guidance.
  • Support the points of contact for new business customers around all key areas (e.g., training, product enhancement, global/regional campaigns). Support cross-functional effort to identify, escalate, and solve customer issues with some guidance.
  • Build essential knowledge about digital marketing/advertising, our products, competitor offerings, and Industry vertical and stay current in the advertising environment and competitive landscape through required training and other resources.
  • Make contributions to sharing and scaling of successes, opportunities for improvement, best practices, and learnings internally and externally as appropriate (e.g., case studies, industry events, training contributions).
  • Draw interpretable insights from deep dives and data analysis, provide data-driven tactical recommendations to customers and leadership based on analysis.
