Senior Laboratory Officer / Research Engineer, (FAB), IME

Job Description:

Be part of an exciting FAB Team working on cutting-edge advanced packaging process technologies.

Work with various teams in IME, understand the FAB demand needs, manage FAB inventory, logistics planning, and related operations to ensure smooth operations and develop packaging solutions from concept to production.

This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Looking for a reliable, agile, resourceful, meticulous, and professional individual.
• Plan and initiate purchase requests for materials, spare parts, etc., to ensure stock adequacy and smooth FAB operations.
• Follow through purchase orders from initiation to delivery, coordinating shipments with forwarders when required.
• Provide support on logistics and inventory movements to enable smooth FAB operations.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to maintain inventory levels and logistics efficiency.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach.
• Maintain a customer service mindset and promote teamwork.
• Handle multiple requests from various teams with flexibility.
• Apply good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Operate effectively in a multi-task environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in supply chain planning and purchase management.
• Good knowledge of semiconductor engineering disciplines and supply chain management.
• Organized, structured, and data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
