We are seeking a meticulous, execution-focused individual to lead in-app content personalisation and multi-touchpoint content delivery for our client. This role bridges strategic content requirements with precise operational execution, managing client relationships independently and driving content excellence across an app serving large audience segments.
You will own the foundation and ensure seamless personalisation through behavioral driven, audience segmentation, SAM rules, and touchpoint-agnostic content delivery. You'll also support campaign execution during peak periods and continuously optimise team workflows using AI tools.
Work with content strategists to translate content messaging into contextually appropriate in-app nudges, prompts, and notifications
Use AI tools to generate, refine, and quality-check in-app content variations at scale without removing hands-on accountability
Ensure all in-app content meets quality standards, factual accuracy, and brand guidelines before deployment
Coordinate with offshore teams and internal teams to ensure timely content production and delivery
Monitor content performance and prepare insights for client review
Always-On & Multi-Touchpoint Content Execution
Support always-on and campaign content delivery across social and below-the-line touchpoints
Adapt and localise assets for multi-touchpoint use while maintaining consistency and accuracy
Manage content calendars, timelines, and asset deliverables with precision and clarity
Coordinate with creative teams and content strategists on content briefs, approvals, and delivery
Flag delays or risks early to internal teams and clients; communicate implications and mitigation plans clearly
Team Leadership & Workflow Optimisation
Own direct client relationship; manage communications with minimal internal supervision
Provide light-touch leadership to junior team members, focused on delivery standards and execution hygiene
Set and maintain clear QC benchmarks and delivery expectations
Identify workflow improvements (including AI-enabled efficiencies) without disrupting delivery stability
Job Specifications
1. Knowledge and Experiences Required
