About Role

AI Seer is hiring our first Sales & Business Development Executive to build and scale our commercial function. You will work closely with the founders to grow the sales pipeline, open strategic accounts, and drive revenue across our AI, SaaS, API, and crypto intelligence products. This is a high-ownership role for a strong closer who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments. 

In this role, you will:

  • Own the full sales cycle end to end, from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, closing, and account handover
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound sales, partnerships, events, referrals, and your own network
  • Drive revenue across AI Seer’s product suite, including Facticity.AI subscriptions, API access, enterprise solutions, and ArAIstotle’s Truth Terminal
  • Identify and prioritise high-value customer segments across SaaS, AI, Web3, prediction markets, media intelligence, trust and safety, enterprise, and government sectors
  • Translate customer needs into clear commercial opportunities, including product packaging, pricing feedback, partnership models, and enterprise use cases
  • Engage founders, executives, technical buyers, trading communities, platforms, and institutional partners with clear value propositions
  • Negotiate and structure commercial deals, pilots, partnerships, channel relationships, and longer-term enterprise opportunities
  • Track sales activity, pipeline progress, conversion rates, and revenue targets, while working closely with the founders on growth strategy 

You might thrive in this role if you have:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience selling into SaaS, AI, crypto/Web3, enterprise software, data products, or technical platforms
  • The ability to understand technical products and communicate them clearly to both commercial and technical buyers
  • Familiarity with API, subscription, SaaS, data intelligence, or enterprise solution sales
  • Strong commercial instinct for identifying prospects, creating opportunities, and closing deals
  • A self-starter mindset, with the ability to prioritise, execute, and move quickly without needing heavy structure
  • Confidence working in an early-stage environment where speed, ownership, and adaptability matter
  • Comfort with a commission-driven, high-upside compensation model and confidence in your ability to deliver
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
