Job Description

The Senior Infrastructure/Platform Engineer will be required to install, configure, and set up enterprise servers across Linux, Windows, and Solaris systems. You will assist the Solution Architect in implementing proposed solutions and lead project engineers to successfully complete assignments and project implementations

Roles & Responsibiliti

esInfrastructure Design & Architecture Support: Assist the Solution Architect in providing innovative designs and solutions leveraging Bare Metal Servers, Virtual Servers, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Satellite, and serverless computing cloud service

s.Virtualization & OS Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of virtualized environments (VMware/ESXi) alongside enterprise operating systems (RHEL, Windows Server, and Oracle Solaris

).High Availability & Clustering: Implement and optimize operating system sharing, zoning, and high-availability clustering configurations to ensure seamless failover and business continuit

y.Assessment & Optimization: Review customer server setups, identify architectural or operational flaws, and propose robust enhancements. Maximize automation via shell scripting to increase productivit

y.SLA & Escalation Management: Handle technical escalations seamlessly to eliminate operational gaps and meet or exceed strict SLA
