Responsibilities:

• Collates, tracks and maintains past & ongoing studies, grants, poster abstracts and journal publications
• Provides admin support in research meetings
• Organises and conducts staff training for basic principles and skills of research & education
• Assists the research team in submission of proposal for accreditation
• Supports ongoing study projects and initiatives including literature review, needs analysis, generation of research questions, participation recruitment, data collation & analysis and drafting & submission of manuscript
• Involves in quantitative research and grant proposals

Requirements:

• Degree with postgraduate qualification in the field of art and humanities and healthcare education preferred
• Project coordination capabilities with experience working in a cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication, writing, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills
