About The Role:
We are representing a leading independent media agency in Singapore hiring a Digital Media Account Director. You would own senior client relationships, lead strategy across digital, programmatic and social, and be the steady hand clients reach for first.
What You'll Own:
Lead senior client relationships and own their trust
Set and drive digital media strategy across channels
Mentor the team that delivers it and grow into more
What You'll Bring:
7+ years in media / digital with senior account leadership experience
Strong across the digital stack - programmatic, paid social, search, display, and increasingly retail media / CTV
Ability to build and defend a media strategy, then own its performance against client KPIs
Confident with planning tools, ad platforms and the analytics behind campaign performance
Commercially sharp: you manage the account P&L, scoping and organic growth
A genuine team lead: you develop AMs and execs, and you're the calm in a client storm
Ability to turn data into a story clients understand, trust and act on
