Responsibilities:

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) build execution, coordinating with R&D engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
• Track and manage NPI budget spending, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project milestones.
• Maintain accurate records to support audits, claims, and management reporting.
• Assist in improving efficiency and accuracy of NPI and budget spending ‑related processes.
• Work closely with R&D, project, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost tracking, timely execution, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics Management, Business Admin, or any relevant studies
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting NPI activities in an R&D engineering and manufacturing environment.
• Strong budget or financial tracking experience, preferably project‑based or NPI‑related.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel for tracking and reporting.
