We are now entering our next phase of growth and are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager with strong experience in catering and F&B sales to lead and scale our commercial efforts.

About the Role

This is a pure sales leadership role.

You will own and drive revenue across:

  • Food Programs (daily office meals)
  • Pantry Management solutions
  • Corporate Events & Catering

We are looking for someone who has done this before in Singapore, understands the operational realities of catering, and knows how to lead a team to win, grow, and retain corporate accounts.

This role is not just about managing sales performance. It is also about building the right environment for success, including setting clear targets, sharpening accountability, and helping create a compensation structure that motivates the team and rewards the right outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership

  • Drive sales across Food Programs, Pantry Management, and Events
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate opportunities

Team Leadership

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of sales executives and account managers
  • Set clear performance expectations and drive accountability across the team
  • Build a high-performance sales culture with strong execution discipline

Compensation and Incentives

  • Help design and refine the team’s compensation and incentive structure to set the sales team up for success
  • Ensure commission plans are clear, motivating, commercially sound, and aligned with company goals
  • Continuously assess whether incentives are driving the right behaviors, priorities, and results

Enterprise Sales Execution

  • Personally lead strategic, high-value deals and key client relationships
  • Convert opportunities into long-term contracts and recurring revenue
  • Structure proposals, pricing, and commercial terms confidently

Sales Process and Forecasting

  • Strengthen sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
  • Improve deal velocity, win rates, and contract value
  • Ensure strong CRM hygiene and accurate reporting

Industry Expertise

  • Leverage your experience and network within catering and F&B
  • Understand the needs of office managers, HR teams, procurement teams, and workplace leaders
  • Translate operational capabilities into solutions that clients value and trust

Requirements

  • Must have prior experience in catering or F&B sales in Singapore
  • Proven experience managing a sales team
  • Experience working at leading catering companies, hospitality groups, or well-established F&B brands
  • Strong track record of closing corporate catering, food program, or event sales deals
  • Strong commercial instincts and understanding of what motivates sales teams to perform
  • Deep understanding of catering operations, event execution, and corporate food service needs
  • Highly driven, hands-on, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
