Responsibilities:

• Build strong working relationships with direct Commercial Clients and Media Agencies
• Lead a team of Sales personnel and work towards achieving a team target
• Identifies growth/ improvement opportunities with existing and new customers ensuring that the sales targets are met
• Ability to develop, communicate and implement sales strategies
• Contributes to the strategic direction and day-to-day business sales segments
• Understands the needs, desires and requirements of the customers and translates those into improvement programs and/or additional services
• Manage, motivate and develop staff within the team

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales role
• Resourceful, having built a network of clientele over the decade of sales experience.
• Deeply passionate about sales,Strong track records in growing clientele base
• Razor-sharp attention to detail
• An understanding of creative, experience design, technology and media, and ‘packaging’ of ideas/presentations.
• Meets commitments and complete tasks as agreed and within agreed time frame
• Ability to manage internal and external senior stakeholders
• Hold high level of integrity and ethics - safeguard proprietary information of clients and of employer
