Job Summary
Our client is a leading provider of document solutions and digital imaging services, specializing in secure document management, archiving, and workflow processing.
Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of Multifunction Devices (MFDs), including copiers and printers.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for both monochrome and colour devices.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of assigned spare parts, tools, and company assets to ensure service readiness.
  • Update service records accurately and promptly, ensuring service calls and job statuses are properly documented.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide timely updates on service progress and resolution.
  • Deliver professional customer support while adhering to service quality standards and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum Nitec in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or other related technical disciplines.
  • Experience in troubleshooting monochrome and colour printers in a networked environment.
  • Basic knowledge of printer hardware, networking concepts, and operating systems.
  • Tech-savvy with basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
