Job description:

• Overseas company operation management, carrying out daily operation management activities to ensure the achievement of various task indicators of the group;
• By carrying out various business activities of overseas companies, coordinating with relevant departments and resources of the headquarters, and achieving sales targets of overseas companies;
• Vigorously develop local franchise/channel business, expand store sales network, and increase market share;
• Improve the operational capabilities and efficiency of overseas companies, control various expenses and costs, and achieve profit targets for overseas companies;
• Establish and cultivate a talent pool for overseas companies to ensure the orderly and healthy development of departmental business;
• Cooperate with the headquarters brand center to develop brand development strategies that are in line with local market conditions and enhance the local brand image;
• Develop and maintain local public relations in all aspects, and handle crisis affairs.

Job Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in retail enterprise terminal store operation and management;
• Strong leadership skills and talents, as well as strong team building abilities
• Having advanced management concepts and strong abilities in strategic planning and implementation.
