Roles & Responsibilities

Procurement & Category Management Develop and execute category strategies, sourcing plans, and contract initiatives to drive value and business performance. Conduct market analysis, supplier benchmarking, cost modelling, and TCO assessments to support procurement decisions. Partner with stakeholders to deliver cost savings, supplier performance improvements, and operational efficiencies. Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and relationship management activities. Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Project teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs. Drive innovation and continuous improvement through supplier partnerships and strategic sourcing practices. Advisory & Stakeholder Management Provide guidance on procurement policies, processes, and governance to ensure compliance and efficiency. Support implementation of procurement frameworks, standards, and improvement initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on sourcing, contracting, and supplier management matters. Work closely with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Tax teams on commercial and contractual requirements. Collaborate with regional and global procurement teams to leverage best practices and sourcing synergies. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline. 2 to 5 years of experience in Procurement, Category Management, or Strategic Sourcing within manufacturing, energy, chemical, pharmaceutical, or related industries. Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier management, and commercial negotiations. Experience with TCO analysis, cost modelling, and procurement support for capital projects. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills. Knowledge of refinery, petrochemical, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
