Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development & Marketing Intern to support our growth initiatives across marketing, business development, and sales enablement.

This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are interested in fintech, AI, B2B marketing, and startup growth. You will work closely with our CEO and commercial team to help execute marketing campaigns, generate business opportunities, create engaging content, and support customer outreach.

This role offers hands-on exposure to how an AI startup scales internationally.

Responsibilities:

Assist in researching and identifying prospective customers, partners, and market opportunities.
Support outbound business development activities, including lead generation and maintaining CRM records.
Create engaging content and simple visual designs for LinkedIn and other marketing channels.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Help prepare presentation decks, proposals, marketing materials, and customer-facing documents.
Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and customer segments.
Support the CEO and sales team with customer follow-ups, meeting preparation, and administrative coordination.
Track marketing and business development activities and prepare basic reports on campaign performance and lead generation.
Contribute ideas for improving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong interest in fintech, AI, startups, or B2B technology.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms.
Basic presentation and content creation skills (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, or similar tools).
Curious, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with CRM tools, AI productivity tools (e.g. ChatGPT), or graphic design software is a plus, but not required.
