Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary Perform ACMV servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of various units while managing tools, adhering to safety policies, and leading a team to support operations and client needs. Responsibilities Perform ACMV servicing and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance Troubleshoot and repair ACMV systems to restore functionality efficiently Install Split units, VRV systems, chilled water systems, and ducting works according to specifications Maintain tools and technical equipment in good working condition to support service quality Follow company safety policies and practices to ensure a safe working environment Manage and lead a team of workers and provide operational support to teams and clients Communicate effectively with customers in English and Mandarin to facilitate service delivery Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience working with MNC agents such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, or Toshiba is an advantage Possess a Class 3 driving license Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the ACMV industry Ability to start work immediately Tell employers what skills you have Overseeing a Team Troubleshooting Construction Workplace Safety Repairing Systems Electric Vehicle Air-Conditioning System Maintenance Operational Delivery Teams Ventilation Systems Equipment Maintenance Multi-unit Management Engineering Leadership Customer Communication
