We are a certified Secondhand Goods Dealer specialising in luxury watches. We believe purchasing a luxury watch is about the experience as much as the product. We seek multi-talented individuals passionate about luxury watches and the market to join our team.

Job Summary

You will perform administrative and sales support tasks to maintain accurate inventory records, manage client interactions, and assist with online and in-store sales operations in a luxury watch retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update inventory data accurately in inventory management systems to reflect new stock and sales
  • Take and edit photos of inventory items for online sales channels
  • Update online sales platforms promptly with current product information and inventory status
  • Assist clients visiting the store by managing appointments and providing responsive customer service
  • Process sales transactions, including payments and invoicing, and complete post-sales administrative tasks efficiently
  • Support online order fulfilment by packaging products and coordinating local and overseas deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment by performing general housekeeping and ensuring inventory is properly displayed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably at least 1 year
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) or Google Docs/Sheets for data entry and documentation
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members; bilingual ability is preferred
  • Skills in photography and photo editing are a bonus

  • Working Hours: 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
