Job Summary

Join our Rare Honey retail store and cafe in Joo Chiat as part of our happy honey crew. Engage with customers passionate about healthy, pure foods and real raw honey. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, proactive, and enjoys interacting with customers. Flexible part-time and casual shifts available with excellent hourly rates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items accurately to meet customer expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the retail store and cafe
• Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations about real raw honey
• Handle cash and process transactions efficiently during sales
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in barista, food & beverage, or retail roles is favoured
• Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player
