Job Requirements:-

Document controls

  • Responsible for document creation, review, approval, distribution and archiving.
  • Ensure SOP holders use the latest approved SOP.
  • Organize quality records and practice good documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Ensure documents meet ISO, company and client guidelines
  • Lead both internal and external audits.

Risk Management, Compliance, Audits and process improvement.

  • Work closely with company stakeholders to review company BCP.
  • Follow up with department leaders to ensure Departmental Key Performance Indicators are regularly monitored.
  • Investigate product recall/ complaints/ feedback.
  • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure any customer complaints are systemically evaluated with solution/improvement.
  • Review Principal Quality Assurance Technical Agreement.
  • To conduct audit for external storage space.
  • Introduce process improvement and acquired new relevant certifications when applicable.
  • Temperature mapping.

Secondary Assembly

  • Responsible for secondary assembly operations.
  • Process is compiled to PIC/S GMP guidelines.
  • Documents are in place and ready for audit
  • Ensure good housekeeping for secondary assembly area and materials.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance Key Performance Indices/targets are met
  • Ensure incoming inspection and acceptance for all incomings pharmaceuticals items and production packaging materials are adhered to SOPs, GMP and GDP.

Responsible regions: Singapore and Brunei.

Job Requirements:-

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 13485:2016 ,GxP & PICS Standards
  • ISO 14971: 2019 Risk Management
  • ISO 13485: 2016 and GxP Internal and External Auditor
  • Subject matter expert for document control and quality affairs in supply chain/ distribution of pharmaceutical, FMCG and Medical Devices.
  • Apply systematic approach of creation, review, approval, and version control.
  • Sense of urgency and good prioritization of task
