We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven professional to lead demand planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, and business performance management for our growing Food & Beverage wholesale business.
This is a key role supporting commercial decision-making across sales, pricing, procurement, inventory, and supply chain. The successful candidate will provide actionable insights, strengthen financial discipline, optimize inventory, and help shape strategies for sustainable growth across channels, customers, and markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead demand planning and forecasting across product categories, markets, channels, and customers
• Analyze business performance, margins, customer profitability, pricing, and product mix
• Translate market trends and commercial data into actionable recommendations
• Partner with Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Senior Management to improve profitability
• Optimize inventory levels while balancing availability, working capital, and business growth
• Support annual planning, budgeting, performance reviews, and future growth strategies
• Build effective reporting and performance dashboards for management decision-making
• Lead, develop, and guide the planning and analysis team
Our Product Portfolio
Our established portfolio includes cognac, whisky, and white spirits. We are also expanding into wines, beers, ready-to-drink beverages, and confectionery.
What We Are Looking For
• Relevant experience in demand planning, commercial planning, business analytics, profitability analysis, or a related role
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and business performance drivers
• A commercial mindset and the ability to work closely with business teams
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to convert data into practical business actions
• An open and engaging personality, comfortable meeting people and building relationships
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience in the Food & Beverage, FMCG, wholesale, distribution, or international trading industry would be an advantage
