Role Description This full-time Financial Advisor role is based in Singapore and follows a hybrid work arrangement, with some flexibility to work from home. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their current financial situation, and develop tailored financial plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on savings, investments, insurance coverage, retirement planning, and protection strategies, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role involves conducting regular portfolio reviews, monitoring market developments, and updating recommendations to keep clients’ plans aligned with changing circumstances. The Financial Advisor will also build and maintain long-term client relationships, prepare presentations and reports, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, responsible financial advice.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to develop comprehensive, client-focused financial solutions.
• Sound knowledge of Finance and Investments to analyze products, markets, and portfolios effectively.
• Expertise in Retirement Planning to help clients structure income, savings, and insurance for long-term security.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities, with a client-centric mindset.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret financial information, and make informed, ethical recommendations.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are an advantage.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to regulatory compliance and responsible advice.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time independently, and using digital tools for client engagement.
