We’re looking for a Bartender who can mix a cocktail and a conversation with equal flair to be part of a world-class bar experience that is both theatrical and thoughtful. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service that defines the spirit of our club.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Maintaining a clean, organised, & well-stocked bar area
• Providing friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons
• Keeping up with current trends and techniques in bartending and mixology
• Assisting with inventory management & ordering of bar supplies

• Guest Experience : Crafting connections, one cocktail at a time

• Deliver warm, intuitive, and memorable hospitality that exceeds expectations.
• Engage with members and guests to share stories behind the cocktails and create personal connections.
• Resolve issues gracefully and uphold the highest service standards.

• Passion for cocktails, beverages, and hospitality
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong team player
• Must be able to prioritize and multi-task

Availability

• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Flexible with shifts, including evenings and late nights
