Temp IT Assistant

You will need to assist with IT Fixed Asset Management duties, such as:

Physical Verification:

• Conduct on-site verification of IT fixed assets across various Singapore sites (PBD and QBD)
• Ensure all assets are properly accounted for and documented.

Data Entry & Documentation:

• Accurately input IT fixed asset details into a formatted Excel spreadsheet.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date asset records.

Fixed Asset Tag Generation & Application:

• Generate IT fixed asset tags for identification.
• Apply tags to all identified IT fixed assets for tracking purposes.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of IT equipment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry
• Able to join immediately

Job Type: TemporaryContract length: 3 weeks
