RecruitFirst is hiring! We are looking for passionate and energetic talents as a Senior Client Advisor to join my client in the Luxury Retail Industry! 

Job Description 

• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients by delivering personalized and curated shopping experiences  

• Proactively understand and respond to client needs, offering knowledgeable guidance on luxury items 

• Consistently meet or surpass individual sales goals through strategic client interactions and upselling strategies 

• Contribute to overall revenue growth by identifying new sales prospects and encouraging repeat purchases 

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of luxury merchandise including apparel, jewellery, watches, and accessories 

• Provide top-tier customer service to ensure an effortless and memorable shopping journey 

• Address client questions, concerns, and returns with professionalism and promptness 

• Keep accurate client records and manage follow-ups to ensure long-term satisfaction 

• Participate in brand events and promotional activities as required, acting as a credible and enthusiastic ambassador 

Requirements 

• Prior Customer Service / cabin crew/ hospitality experience preferred   

• Singaporeans Only
