Occupational Therapist (Geriatrics)

Setting: Specialized clinicSchedule: Perm: 5 days, Office hours (Off 1 weekday and 1 weekend)Location: Central, Singapore

What you will be doing:

• To conduct initial assessments both informally through clinical observations, and formally via standardized assessments

• To conduct school or home visits as required

• To provide small group therapy within our early intervention program

• The provision of written reports, goal sheets and home programs

• The documentation of thorough and legible case files for each client

• Discussions of your clients progress with caregivers and referral sources

• Participation in teams meeting relating to client needs and goals within various locations such as Company Premises such as schools and other therapy centres

• You may be invited to conduct or participate in training sessions/ talks/ workshops for teachers and / or parents

• Participation in regular team meetings with colleagues is expected

• To be prepared to be a good team player and have a desire to contribute to the development of services within reason

• What we are looking for:

  Minimum Degree in Occupational Therapy

• Must be fully registered AHPC

• At least 3 years of similar experience handling geriatric patients
