My client is an established Main Contractor.

Looking for well experienced Architectural Project Manager

Commercial Projects.

Job Description

  • Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation.

  • Well verse in detailing of all architectural aspects from flooring, facade, waterproofing, wall, partition, ceiling, doors, rain water system, landscape.

  • Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and review of a construction management plan.

  • Supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by subcontractors and plan sequence of work with M&E to avoid abortive works.

  • Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings

  • Prepare and coordinate on quality management and CONQUAS assessment

  • Master programme

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Dip in Architecture/ Civil Engineering

  • Min 10 years relevant main contractor experience

  • Good knowledge of architectural specifications, Architectural & MEP coordination works and requirements

  • Well verse with the BCA authority requirement for buildings.
