MATH AND SCIENCE TUTOR - FULL TIME

Responsibilities and Expectations

Infuse Excitement and Passion

  • Approach working with young children with enthsm and dedication, creating a joyful and inspiring learning environment.

Foster an Interactive Classroom

  • Cultivate a lively and engaging space that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and the love of learning.

Design and Deliver Lessons

  • Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans with energy and imagination to captivate young minds.

Track Growth and Progress

  • Prepare developmental reports and maintain comprehensive portfolios to document each childs milestones and achievements throughout the year.

Demonstrate Independence

  • Operate effectively with minimal supervision, taking ownership of responsibilities and proactively addressing challenges.

Communicate Effectively

  • Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills to build meaningful connections with children, families, and team members.

Embrace a Growth Mindset

  • Stay positive and open to learning, continually seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates with prior experiences as an Math and Science tutor are welcome to apply
  • Ability to teach subjects beyond Math and Science will be considered a valuable advantage
  • Candidates that are able to handle more up to JC Level of education will be considered a valuable advantage
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching experience.

We offer:

  • Full time salary ranging from $3200 - $4500 depending on experience and versatility
  • Part time salary from $30/hr depending on experience and versatility and availability
  • Materials will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Shift system
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Attendance bonus
  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
