HR CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT
1. Assist on daily administrative activities, provide administrative support to the department 2. Undertake office admin duties such as handle administrative paperwork, filing of documents 3. Assist purchaser on the purchasing process 4. Order/Dispatch of Uniforms and name tags for outlet staffs 5. Update and maintain shop tenancy agreement and SFA license 6. Respond to employee enquires 7. Assist in permit apply/renewal/cancellation (WP/SP/EP) 8. Assist in the on boarding/off boarding procedures 9. Assist in hiring procedures 10. Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
1. No working experience/ fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
2. Training and support provided
3. Positive working attitude, strong team player, and willing to learn
4. Able to handle multi-task
5. Knowledge and experience in HR/ Admin/ Purchasing will be an added advantage
