About The Role We are seeking a highly accomplished Investment Professional to spearhead our investment and divestment initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial strategic assessment through to successful completion. Your responsibilities will encompass leading critical negotiations of transaction documents and meticulously driving the due diligence process. A cornerstone of your success will be your ability to leverage sophisticated financial modeling skills to provide incisive analyses and well-reasoned recommendations to senior management. This position offers a unique platform to apply your deep financial acumen and strategic insights to high-stakes opportunities, directly influencing the organizations growth trajectory.

Skills And Experience Needed The ideal candidate will possess about 10 years of significant experience within top-tier financial services, including either a background from a "Big 4" accounting firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC) focusing on Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, or Valuations, or experience within a bulge-bracket investment bank with exposure to deal execution and financial analysis. Further, you should have developed expertise through direct involvement in making and managing investments within a Private Equity firm or Investment Fund. Demonstrated experience in leading negotiations of complex transaction documents and conducting comprehensive due diligence is essential. You must have exceptional financial modeling skills, capable of building sophisticated models and extracting insights. Proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities, including VBA and macros, along with strong skills in Word and PowerPoint, are required. Occasional travel may be involved.
