Minimum 8 years on hands experience with all 2D drawings for residential and commercial interior renovation projects.
Need to know how to draw all 2D elevation, furniture details drawings, electrical plan, ceiling plan etc used in interior renovation.
Needs to know requirements of commercial project technical drawings for submission. eg M&E drawings
Ability to use 3D software for amendments.
Might be required to go to Jobsites if needed.
Needs to converse well in English.
Have a positive Attitude.
