Location: Novena

Salary: $2580 per month FIXED

Working hour: Mon-Fri office hour

Period: 5 months contract

• Conduct outbound calls for follow-up actions or information updates
• Respond to incoming customer enquiries via telephone
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Support other administrative tasks as assigned

• A level and above
