Finance Executive

Location: Novena

Salary: $2580 per month FIXED

Working hour: Mon-Fri office hour

Period: 5 months contract

• Raise daily reservation of fund in Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Prepare Payment Requests (PRs) for daily interbank fund transfers
• Prepare PR and Receipt Requests (RRs) for funds swept from the various PayNow bank accounts to the Boards main account.
• Collate daily Interbank Giro (IBG) files information submitted by scheme users for Finance Operations (FO) supervisors to perform matching of the IBG files against the list submitted by OCBC to ensure there are no missing IBG files
• Check and prepare daily bank letters for signing by the authorised signatures before the daily cut off time for sending the letters to OCBC for action
• Cancel cheque in the Internet Banking portal requested by scheme users
• Update daily outgoing payments to TMS and document discrepancies
• Any other duties as directed by FO supervisor
