Talent Acquisition Manager (Up to $6K | West Singapore)

A large, established organization with significant operational headcount in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support ongoing workforce growth and hiring demands. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role will lead recruitment delivery while partnering closely with business stakeholders on manpower planning and talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and support workforce planning initiatives
• Provide talent market insights including competitor activity, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks
• Drive end-to-end recruitment across a range of functions, from sourcing through to offer management and onboarding coordination
• Develop proactive talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experience
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
• Support and guide the recruitment team to ensure hiring targets and timelines are met
• Ensure recruitment activities align with internal policies and local employment regulations

Candidate Profile

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• Demonstrated over 3 years of experience in agency and/or in-house recruitment environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple hiring priorities
• Mandarin speaking
• Familiarity with common recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office
