The Role

• Desk Ownership: Build and run your own 360° recruitment desk, developing long-term client and candidate relationships within your chosen industry.
• Client Partnerships: Grow your client portfolio across local, regional, and global markets, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead headhunting, market mapping, and strategic sourcing through to offer management and successful placements.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and win new client partnerships.

You’ll also build your niche through our 6x6 specialisation model, helping consultants develop deep sector expertise and sustainable revenue growth.
