• Client Partnership: Develop and expand your client portfolio within your domain/industry, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
• End to end recruitment: Lead headhunting, market mapping and strategic sourcing to offer management and placement delivery.
• Business Development: Negotiate commercial terms and close new business terms.
