Role Description The Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of assigned single owner properties. This includes coordinating building operations, supervising service providers, and ensuring facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations. The role involves managing tenancy matters, such as handling tenant inquiries, overseeing move-ins and move-outs, and monitoring lease obligations and renewals. The Property Manager will prepare and review budgets, track operating expenses, and support reporting for property performance. The individual will also manage incident responses, support improvement projects, and collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high service standards.
