About Liminal Liminal is a Founders' Studio. We co-build with repeat founders - many of them unicorn founders - providing build expertise, capital, and unfair access from founding to Series B. This role sits within a new consumer health and wellness venture being built alongside experienced operators and founders. What This Role Actually Is You'll work with an exceptional founder to help operationalize a consumer venture from nothing - the first cost model, the first contract, the first shipment. From blank page to product in a customer's hand. Most people like startup ideas; very few like operational reality. This role is for the second type. The work
  • Manufacturing and supply chain coordination: suppliers, factories, timelines, production planning, tooling, prototyping
  • Financial and cost analysis: costing models, pricing, freight estimates, operational breakdowns; understand margins deeply
  • Execution management: track deadlines, deliverables, prototypes, contracts, vendor updates, dependencies
  • Vendor and factory communication, including overseas stakeholders (Mandarin/Chinese a strong advantage)
  • Contracts and operational documentation; close founder support
Who You Are
  • Operationally sharp - you think in systems, dependencies, timelines, and execution pathways
  • Pathological attention to detail; numerically comfortable with cost structures and operational economics
  • Calm under pressure; strong work ethic; comfortable with ambiguity; an independent thinker
Fellowship, not internship Twelve months. Meaningful stipend. Embedded directly within a live venture alongside experienced builders and founders - real operational exposure during the earliest stages of venture creation. Based in Singapore.
