Job Description Provide cleaning and general operational support within the school. Assist with school events, including moving and arranging tables andchairs. Assist with closing and securing the school premises and facilities. Escort and supervise appointed term contractors carrying out facilitymanagement services. Monitor cleaning and toilet supplies and report replenishment needs. Assist the Operations Manager with administrative tasks, includingreceiving goods/services and compiling delivery orders. Support traffic marshalling within the school during peak hours. Put up decorations for major festivals and school events. Report building faults and maintenance issues to the Operations Manager. Perform other operational support duties as assigned by the school Requirements Minimum Primary 6 local school education or equivalent. Able to use WhatsApp or similar apps to take and send photos for reporting building faults. Physically fit and able to provide logistics support during school events. Cleaning work experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Well-mannered with good interpersonal skills
