Custom Pet Food & Nutrition | B2B & E-commerce
**Singapore | Full-time**
We're a growing **custom pet food and nutrition business** looking for someone who enjoys building things, improving systems, finding opportunities, and making businesses run better every day.
You'll sit at the intersection of **operations, business development, and e-commerce**.
One day, you could be speaking with a corporate or retail partner about a new opportunity. The next, you'll be improving our Shopee performance, working with suppliers and fulfillment partners, or figuring out how we can make the business run more efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
Business Development (B2B)
* Identify and secure new corporate, retail and partnership opportunities. * Build relationships with retailers, distributors and potential business partners. * Develop proposals and negotiate commercial opportunities. * Manage existing accounts and grow repeat business. * Explore partnerships within the pet, lifestyle and related ecosystems. * Work with marketing to turn campaigns and enquiries into business opportunities.
Operations
* Manage and improve day-to-day operational workflows. * Coordinate inventory, fulfilment, logistics and suppliers. * Monitor stock levels, sales and operational KPIs. * Identify bottlenecks and introduce practical solutions. * Improve internal processes through technology, AI and automation where relevant. * Ensure customers receive a smooth experience from order through to fulfilment.
E-commerce Growth (Shopee & B2C)
* Manage and grow our Shopee presence. * Optimise product listings, keywords, pricing, bundles and promotions. * Plan around Shopee campaign periods and marketplace opportunities. * Monitor competitors and identify new ways to grow sales. * Analyse traffic, conversion, basket size and repeat purchase behaviour. * Work with marketing to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Who We're Looking For
* 3 to 5 years' experience across operations, business development, e-commerce or a related role. * Commercially minded and comfortable speaking with potential clients and partners. * Experience managing **Shopee or other marketplace platforms** is highly preferred. * Comfortable with numbers and using data to make decisions. * Organised, proactive and able to manage several moving parts. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Comfortable working in a growing SME where you may need to figure things out rather than wait for a playbook. * An interest in pets, pet wellness or nutrition would be a strong plus.
Bonus Points
Experience with Shopify, Lazada, TikTok Shop, digital marketing, CRM systems, AI tools or workflow automation would be useful.
Experience within **pet care, F&B, nutrition, retail, FMCG or consumer brands** would also be highly relevant.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 6 months, we'd like to see you:
* Build a healthier B2B sales pipeline. * Secure new partnerships and recurring business. * Grow Shopee revenue and improve conversion. * Improve operational efficiency and fulfilment processes. * Identify new B2C revenue opportunities. * Introduce smarter systems that reduce unnecessary manual work.
