RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement and maintain systems and services across all environments in accordance with company standards and policies.
• Review or propose remediation solutions to address identified vulnerabilities and ensure timely implementation.
• Manage, coordinate, and implement software/system upgrades and patches.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware), and related infrastructure.
• Manage firewall and network security devices (e.g., Sophos), including security policies, VPN, and monitoring.
• Manage backup and recovery systems, perform backup verification and periodic restore testing.
• Support and maintain CCTV systems including monitoring, configuration, and coordination with vendors for maintenance.
• Administer and support IP telephony / PBX systems (e.g., Sangoma), including user extensions, call routing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide operational support for printers and peripheral devices, including installation, configuration, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for infrastructure, security, and telecom services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in IT Ticketing Management sytem (Jira,service now, etc)
• Experience in IT System Management tools.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
• Possess valid certification in Microsoft Windows Server or equivalent.
• Experience in VMware, Linux, and MS SQL Server is required.
• Willing to be assigned to other locations as required.
