Account Executive / Client Advisor

Tokyo, Singapore or Seoul

Generous Base + Uncapped Commission

Certus Recruitment Group is partnering with a specialist, high-end advisory business operating in the ultra-premium client segment. This is a client-facing role for someone comfortable working with sophisticated individuals, complex requirements, and long-term relationship building.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, converting warm and qualified leads into clients through a high-touch, consultative sales process. This role suits someone who understands discretion, credibility, and the importance of delivering a thoughtful, tailored client experience.

The Role

Act as a key point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through a structured advisory journey
Convert inbound and referred leads into active clients through consultative engagement
Conduct detailed discovery to understand client objectives and requirements
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and client experience
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and introducers
Maintain accurate records and pipeline management via CRM
Represent the business professionally in meetings and industry settings

What They're Looking For

Experience in a client-facing, consultative sales or advisory role
Background in areas such as financial services, professional services, investment, property, luxury sales, recruitment, or other relationship-driven environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable operating in a regulated, detail-driven environment
Commercially astute, confident, and credible with senior stakeholders
Tokyo or Seoul-based
