☑ Location: MacPherson (Next to MRT Station) ☑ Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat (WFH, as and when required) ☑ Salary: From $2800-$3500 (Commensurate based on experiences)
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive to support our daily HR and administrative. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office functions and maintaining proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle HR general functions and support HR assignments
Manage company recruitment channels such as job portals and online sourcing platforms
Support and execute HR initiatives and transformation task in align with company
Track and coordinate training programs, manage training grants and support company initiatives
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulatory requirement
Working with the accounts and management team to track payments and claims
Complete and submit the required monthly and quarterly MOM surveys in accordance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, maintenance requests and repairs and staff welfare activities.
Coordinate office management activities, such as procurement, facilities management, and IT support
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
Singaporean only
Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Diploma or equivalent in HR or Business-related courses.
Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
Familiarity with the Employment Act is an advantage.
Good personality and able to interact with staff of all levels
Positive work attitude and willing to take on additional responsibilities when required.
