Our client is seeking a strategicHead of People & Culture to drive HR transformation, leadership coaching, and business strategy alignment.
Your objectives:
As the strategicHead of People & Culture , you will be measured against the following objectives:
Drive and execute HR and leadership development strategies aligned with business goals across multiple regions.
Provide strategic counsel on people, organizational, and leadership development issues.
Assess leadership capabilities and foster leadership growth through coaching and development initiatives.
What you will do:
As the strategicHead of People & Culture your duties and responsibilities will include:
· Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, talent acquisition, and leadership assessment.
· Ensure organizational design and structure align with financial and operational goals.
· Collaborate with Compliance to implement and maintain HR policies.
· Drive initiatives in performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
· Develop HR strategies that foster leadership development, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
· Provide leadership coaching to executives and senior managers to enhance decision-making and leadership capabilities.
· Assess and support leadership competencies through development programs and tailored coaching sessions.
What you will bring:
These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the strategicHead of People & Culture
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
· 10+ years of progressive HR experience in multinational environments.
· Proven experience in leadership coaching, leadership assessment, and talent management.
· Strong experience in project management, culture change, and employee engagement.
· Ability to think critically, troubleshoot, and solve problems with confidence.
