Responsibilities
- Advise on statutory duties under the WSH Act and ensure compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments, aspect-impact analysis, and implement control measures.
- Maintain EHS management system documentation and enforce standards.
- Monitor and report EHS performance, including incident investigations.
- Assist in emergency response planning and drills.
- Conduct EHS audits and recommend improvements.
- Qualify contractors and suppliers for compliance with EHS standards.
- Organize EHS training and outreach programs for site staff.
- Support ad-hoc EHS initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in Facilities Management or healthcare.
- Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
- Strong knowledge of WSH Act and environmental regulations.
- Ability to organize and deliver EHS training.
- Preferred: Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification.
- Proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and strong safety mindset.
- Amenable to work on 5.5 work days per week.
