Role Description The Administrator is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the center. This role manages administrative tasks such as handling phone and email inquiries, maintaining student records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with all stakeholders. The Administrator assists with documentation for applications, supports event and class logistics, and provides front-desk reception and customer service to students and parents. The role also involves preparing basic reports, updating internal systems, and collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and service quality.

Requirement:
- We are a tuition centre, weekend work is mandatory
- Our students range from primary to upper secondary age. Patience towards them is required
- Our clients are mainly Chinese-based; therefore, candidates must be able to communicate fluently with Chinese parents in their Mother Tongue.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday: 11.00am – 8.30pm (with both lunch and dinner breaks included)
Saturday & Sunday: 9.30am – 6.30pm (with lunch break included)
Weekly working hours: 44 hours
Weekly off: 1.5 days (face to face discussion)
Public Holidays: OFF
Job Scope
- Reception duties and administration
- Maintaining Centre’s environment to be clean and tidy
- Receipt writing and invoice making
- Student registration, and explaining to the parents our Centre’s rules and regulations
- Internal and external communication (message platforms, emails, and calls etc.)
- Supporting the teaching team in materials preparation whenever necessary
- Managing and purchasing of office equipment and stationery
- Assisting in student stay-back sessions
- Participating and taking charge in organising team activities (booking of venues, food ordering, etc.)

Job Requirement
- Weekend work is required
- Minimum O/A level, Poly diploma or equivalent
- Communication outside working hours is required
- Highly responsible and highly responsive, with a Can-Do attitude
- Great team player, and also able to work independently
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities, including scheduling, record-keeping, and document management.
- Customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with students, parents, and partners in person, by phone, and online.
- Proficiency with office software and digital tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and basic data entry systems).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle applications, forms, and operational issues accurately and efficiently.
- As a receptionist, you are required to be presentable, and pleasant with a vibrant attitude towards audience
