Dr Lim’s background includes consultant experience at Singapore National Eye Centre and fellowship training at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, one of the world’s leading eye hospitals. The centre is accredited as a Centre of Excellence for presbyopia correction and is recognised internationally through invited conference presentations and published research. The clinic maintains a strong reputation for advanced technology, surgical innovation, and personalised patient care.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Surgical Nurse role based at Dr Natasha Lim Eye Centre's MOH licensed Ambulatory Day Surgery Centre in Royal Square Novena, Singapore. The Surgical Nurse will support ophthalmic surgeons in operating rooms, including preparing surgical suites, instruments, and supplies, and ensuring adherence to infection control protocols. Responsibilities include pre-operative assessment, patient preparation, intra-operative assistance, and post-operative monitoring and education. The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting safe, efficient surgical workflows. The Surgical Nurse will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to delivering patient-centered eye care.
